The 20 day City and Guilds course consists of the same syllabus as the 20 day course but at the end of this course students will gain the City & Guilds 7750-2 Intermediate Dog Grooming Certificate.

At the end of your course your assessment will be externally assessed and you will receive three certificates with your qualification. The qualification consists of:

• Health and safety
• Cleaning and maintaining the work environment

Preparing dogs for bathing

• Handling and restraining dogs
• Prepare dogs for bathing

Bath, dry and finish

• Bath a range of dogs
• Dry a range of dogs and prepare for styling
